What are women looking for at online dating sites?

It seems to me women are making their decisions based on ethnicity/height/money. I haven't had much luck with online dating. I am getting cynical and giving up hope. I am not looking for any particular type of ethnicity - just whoever I find attractive and has a decent job with a college education, like me.
