Do you think many men are open to dating overweight women?

I've not dated in over a year as I've been busy with my kids after my separation. The thing is I'm nervous about getting back out there especially now that I'm much larger. I still think I'm fairly attractive and I am an interesting person but I get the impression most men are put off by overweight women?

You should not let the size of your body dictate success in the dating world. Their are plenty of men that enjoy meeting women, of all different sizes. Its not all about the body. What else can you bring to a relationship?

The number one thing is make sure you have the CONFIDENCE. Confidence is very "Attractive". The best advice I can give is don't be needy and don't involve your kids right away. Obviously he will need to accept that you are a Mother and that is your #1 priority, but "connect" on a personal level first. Be friends. Good luck to you. Yes, it can be scary, but relax and be confident with yourself. Their are very attractive looking women, who just happen to be large frame (nothing wrong with that).

I have been thin and I have been chubby. I have found more men hit on me when I was chubbier. I have also gotten more attention the older I get. Don't know why.

I have never really had a problem with guys but I am also confident and don't care if I get a date or not.

This is my world and I choose if men get to play in it or not. lol

There's millions of men out there, and everyone of them like different things. Don't be down on yourself, I wouldn't go looking in the wrong places though, such as bars and clubs. If you're going to do it, do it right. Find a good man

I'm sure there are and overweight women can lose weight anytime they want. Some women weigh 110 pounds and complain about being overweight. For all we know you could be very attractive. Really anybody can find somebody. good luck

I've found that weight only mattered all that much in high school. Plenty of guys like, and even PREFER, larger girls. Just be confident and you'll find someone awesome. ( :

As a general rule, people will be able to attract someone as equally attractive as they are. So, ask yourself if it would bother you if an overweight man was attracted to you?

Sadly, your probably right. Although, there are men who like larger women, you just have to find them.

Most men are shallow.
