I find that black,asian, latino , russian woman like more then white girls.

Depends on the girl, but I would say, yes. Everyone has preferences, but we're pretty progressive nowadays and it's not such a stigma to date outside your race/culture anymore. I know plenty of non-white women who like white boys.
