What are the pros of dating older women?

I am posting this question because I noticed that a lot of my younger male friends (around 19-22) are dating women older than their age... like at least 4+ years older. So I was wondering... what the pros of a younger man dating an older woman?

I think older women are mature physically and emotionally. Most young girls don't know what they want yet. Ya younger girls are pretty and all but older women are sexy.
